The health and well being of our animals is of
prime concern to us at Copnor Tropicals.
Our Pet Policy is as follows:
- All of our livestock are health checked on arrival. They are then quarantined until we are satisfied that they are fit and healthy to be sold.
- All our fish come with a 48 hour guarantee.
- All our other livestock and birds come with a seven day
guarantee.
- Virtually all our birds are British bred.
- All our livestock are kept in good appropriate housing.
- We have specialist qualified staff, happy to help and give advice on all your pet needs.
- If you have a satisfaction problem, please tell us first. We believe that good communication is the key to problem solving.
- Copnor Tropicals is a member of the Pet Care Trust.
